Peace of Mind Nannies prides ourselves on making suitable matches and connections. Each family and nanny will be personally interviewed. About Us

Peace of Mind Nannies, LLC was founded in 2010 in Madison, Wisconsin by Ashley Jacobs.

My name is Ashley Jacobs and have been working with children and families since I can remember. I went to college to become an elementary teacher and then decided I wanted to become a parent educator. I graduated from University of Wisconsin - Stout with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I love being able to play a role in helping both the parents and the children. Through my work experiences, I saw that I could help children more by working alongside the family.

Right out of college I became a nanny and fell in love with my career choice. Working with parents and children in their homes is so natural for me. I love spending time with children all day long and helping parents be able to spend premium time with their children when they get home. I am energized and excited about my daily work. After working with some amazing families, I have a desire to reach out. Peace of Mind Nannies was created so I can share my dedication to improving the lives of children and my passion for promoting strong families in the Madison area.

Peace of Mind Nannies conducts phone and face-to-face interviews with nanny candidates, completes full and thorough background checks on each nanny, follows up with references, and learns about each nanny as a person . Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful mind, knowing your children are receiving quality care. During the initial process, Peace of Mind Nannies will meet your family to develop a profile. At the same time, Peace of Mind Nannies will be interviewing and checking potential nannies. Only the very best of our nanny applicants will be selected. Peace of Mind Nannies has established very high standards and we require our nannies to be professional, experienced, educated and passionate.
